A native Glendoran, Cloyd Havens II has practiced estate planning and business law for more than 14 years. He is an adjunct professor of business law at Azusa Pacific University and serves as an advisor for several local nonprofit boards. He is available for speaking engagements for community organizations.

Cloyd graduated from Charter Oak HS in 1978. He owned a small business for ten years and went on to graduate from the University of Redlands cum laude with a B.S. in business management; then he earned his Juris Doctor at Western State University College of Law with honors, with an emphasis in tax law.

Cloyd has been an active member of the San Gabriel Valley community all his life and currently attends Christ's Church of the Valley in San Dimas where he teaches children's church. He does woodworking in his spare time and enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years and two sons.
