I don't understand why you're reporting on this (from Pomona) when there are great things happening in our area I.e. lots if Walnut and DB High school students went to CIFs recently and some made state! Also, there is a new farmers market that just opened up in our area that could be talked about. This is just another example of how the media affects peoples views and opinions negatively. How is this story and all of the redundant coverage on Chris Dorner related to Diamond Bar-Walnut??

Criminals in Pomona are no surprise. I got overwhelmed with Dorner stories and again that was not in Walnut. I could get all the Dorner stories from the LA Times. I would like to hear more about the crimes in Walnut and Diamond Bar and not nearby. Mt SAC attracts all sorts of crime and the low life stores in Diamond Bar (Kmart, Target) are assured to attract the druggies.

I, for one, love Target. Maybe that's just me though.

I have shopped at Target too. I just do not want it in my town. Discount stores need to be located just outside the city limits so as to not destroy the illusion of wealth in an area.

Target is awesome! Vito, get off the pipe......
