Claremont Community Organization Is Looking for Leaders

Keeping the GOOD in Our Neighborhood is hosting a Leadership Summit on June 8 and invites Claremont residents.

Keeping the GOOD in Our Neighborhood, an active Claremont community action group, invites city residents to take part in its upcoming leadership summit scheduled for June 8.

Current members and those interested in becoming a neighborhood watch member are welcome to join the KGNH Leadership Summit - and breakfast scheduled from 9 to 11 a.m.

The event is free and is expected to fill quickly, organizers said. An RSVP is required. Click here for information on the RSVP.

City leaders and law enforcement officials attend.

“We will discuss the top (neighborhood watch) priorities and projects and ask for your input,” Organizers wrote in an invite. “You will receive open access to ongoing KGNH (Keeping the GOOD in Our Neighborhood) collaboration.”

KGNH is in its sixth year and has enjoyed much success due to the continued neighbor to neighbor collaboration that is sustained through our KGNH broadcast system and annual crime watch street faire, members wrote.

On February 26 KGNH’s community connections helped Claremont Police locate three prowlers, members wrote.

“Your help is needed as our neighbor alliance is the best offense to STOPPING crime,” organizers wrote.
