La Verne Chamber Hosting Dubai Trip

Travelers have a variety of options from sand surfing on desert dunes to skiing the only Alpine skiing slope with real snow in the middle of the desert.

The La Verne Chamber of Commerce is hosting a trip to Dubai.

Travelers with the group will fly out March 25 from LAX and stay at the Dusit Thani Dubai hotel for five nights.  The trip includes a half-day desert safari with a BBQ dinner, a Dhow Dinner cruise, a short camel ride, and the option to experience sand surfing on dunes of the United Arab Emirates using a snowboard.

Also included are two leisure days where travelers can either go shopping or sightseeing.  A two-hour trip to Ski Dubai also is available, where visitors can ski on the only Alpine skiing slope with real snow in the middle of the desert.
