Santa Claus Spotted Riding Metrolink in Claremont

More than 300 crammed into the Claremont Train Depot Sunday to welcome in Metrolink's Holiday Toy Express.

It was feeling a lot like Christmas in Claremont on Sunday with the arrival of the Metrolink Holiday Toy Express.

More than 300 people crammed into the area around the small Claremont Train Depot to watch the elaborately decorated Metrolink train. The Metrolink cars featured more than 50,000 twinkling lights.

Santa and Mrs. Claus attended to perform a skit that thanked the crowd for donating to the Spark of Love Toy Drive sponsored by ABC Channel 7, firefighters across Southern California and Metrolink.

In case you missed it, the train will be rolling through other nearby, and not so nearby, towns.
